Our espresso and coffee are locally roasted by Mint City Roasters, a small-batch coffee roaster out of Chehalis, Washington. Sourcing and roasting right here in the Pacific Northwest means fresher beans and a cup that's truly local — from a neighbor who cares as much about the craft as we do.

Lotus describes its energy as vegan, non-GMO, and naturally caffeinated (sourced from green coffee beans and green tea). At Bula Bar, we blend it with fruit flavors, soda, and ice for a smooth, refreshing lift — a cleaner, more mellow alternative to a traditional energy drink.
